Fire Chief Dmatt1129 announced the promotion of Citricbowl680 to the Battalion Chief position with the Blaine County Fire Department. Citricbowl680 served as the Fire Lieutenant prior to receiving the promotion to Battalion Chief.
Citricbowl680 has been a member with the community since December 14, 2016.

BCFD Adds Two Additional Positions
Fire Chief Dmatt1129 announced that the Blaine County Fire Department has added two additional positions to it's rank structure. Battalion Chief and Firefighter II have been added to the ranks.
The Battalion Chief will serve under the Assistant Fire Chief. Firefighter II is considered a field training member of the department that assists in training with new department personnel.

Dmatt1129 Appointed to Fire Chief
The Board appointed Dmatt1129 to serve as the Fire Chief for
the Blaine County Fire Department. Dmatt1129 previously served as the Chief for
the department before joining the Blaine County Sheriff’s Office, where he
continues to serve as the Captain for the Patrol Division. Dmatt1129 has been a
member with the community since October 25, 2015.
